Soaked over night, cooked in bay leaf, garlic, onion, lime, cumin, salt & pepper.
Chipotle Chicken
Cooked in our Box Seasoning and bay leaf. Hand pulled chicken fillets seasoned with our homemade chipotle salsa, lime & Box SeasoningÂ
Chorizo & Bacon
Spicy barbaque chorizo & smoked bacon. finely chopped and cooked crispy.
Guacamole
Avocados, diced red pepper, diced red onion, lime juice seasoned with black pepper and salt.
Coriander & Green chilli hummus
Chickpeas, blended with coriander, deseeded green chilli, extra virgin olive oil, lime & seasoned with salt and pepper.
Box Slaw
Finely sliced red cabbage, match sticked carrot & pink lady apple, coriander, garlic aioli, lime, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar & seasoned with salt and pepper.

Diced tomatoes & red onions with freshly chopped coriander & seasoned with lime juice, salt & pepper. Made fresh everyday.

Smokey chipotle peppers from Mexico blended white onion, garlic, plum tomatoes & apple cider vinegar. Seasoned with , brown sugar, cumin, salt & pepper.
Habanero salsa (spicy)
Fresh Habaneros, white onion & garlic. blended with plum tomatoes & red wine vinegar, seasoned with lemon & lime, brown sugar, salt & pepper.
Ghost salsa (spicy)
Naga Chilli, cooked with white onion & garlic. blended plum tomatoes, & red wine vinegar. Seasoned with lemon & lime, brown sugar, salt & pepper.
Tzatziki
Mint, lemon, garlic & extra virgin olive oil mixed in with greek yogurt. seasoned with salt & pepper.
Garlic aioli
Garlic, dill, lemon & extra virgin olive oil mixed in with mayo. seasoned with salt & pepper.
Red onion relish
Finely sliced red onion sautéd with garlic. Cooked with red wine vinegar & brown sugar .
